1.2 Licences and Certifications
C-CURE SRL is a licensed company in accordance with the Belgian Act of 2 October 2017 regulating private security (Federal Public Service Interior). The Company holds INCERT certificate B-1534 for the installation of alarm systems. All our activities are carried out in compliance with the applicable implementing decrees and technical standards in the electronic security sector in Belgium.

Where applicable, certain parts of the website may be hosted by Netlify Inc. (44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA), providing adequate data protection safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.
1.4 Intellectual Property
All elements of the website (texts, images, logos, videos, graphics, icons, software, databases) are the exclusive property of C-CURE SRL or its partners and are protected by Belgian and international intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from C-CURE SRL.

The information published on the website is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a contractual offer or professional advice. Security systems are preventive and deterrent tools and do not guarantee absolute protection against all risks. 2. Privacy Policy (GDPR)
C-CURE SRL, as data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), attaches the utmost importance to the protection of your personal data.

2.2 Data Collected and Purposes
When using the website, we may collect the following data:
Identification data: name, surname, function, company, email address, phone number, submitted via the contact form or quote requests.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, visit duration, collected automatically during your browsing.
2.3 Legal Bases
The processing of your data is based on: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) for contact forms and analytical cookies; performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) for quote requests; legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) for service improvement and website security; and legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR) for accounting and tax obligations.
2.4 Retention Period
Contact form data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact in the absence of a contractual relationship. Contractual data is retained for the duration of the contract plus applicable statutory limitation periods. Navigation data (logs) is retained for a maximum of 13 months.
2.5 Data Recipients
Your data may be shared with: our technical subcontractors (host, email provider) acting under the instructions of C-CURE SRL and in compliance with the GDPR; our accredited remote monitoring partners in the context of contract performance; competent authorities in case of legal obligation. No data is sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
2.6 International Transfers
When Netlify (USA) is used, data transfers outside the European Economic Area are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Art. 46.2.c GDPR) or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
2.7 Your Rights
In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights: right of access; right to rectification; right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"); right to restriction of processing; right to data portability; right to object; and right to withdraw your consent at any time.
