The Company holds INCERT certificate B-1534 for the installation of alarm systems. All our activities are carried out in compliance with the applicable implementing decrees and technical standards in the electronic security sector in Belgium.

Primary host: OVHcloud, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.

Where applicable, certain parts of the website may be hosted by Netlify Inc. (44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA), providing adequate data protection safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.

1.4 Intellectual Property

All elements of the website (texts, images, logos, videos, graphics, icons, software, databases) are the exclusive property of C-CURE SRL or its partners and are protected by Belgian and international intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from C-CURE SRL.

The information published on the website is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a contractual offer or professional advice. Security systems are preventive and deterrent tools and do not guarantee absolute protection against all risks. C-CURE SRL shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the website or the inability to access it.

2. Privacy Policy (GDPR)

C-CURE SRL, as data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), attaches the utmost importance to the protection of your personal data.

When using the website, we may collect the following data:

Identification data: name, surname, function, company, email address, phone number, submitted via the contact form or quote requests.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, visit duration, collected automatically during your browsing.

The processing of your data is based on: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) for contact forms and analytical cookies; performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) for quote requests; legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) for service improvement and website security; and legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR) for accounting and tax obligations.

2.4 Retention Period

Contact form data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact in the absence of a contractual relationship. Contractual data is retained for the duration of the contract plus applicable statutory limitation periods. Navigation data (logs) is retained for a maximum of 13 months.

2.5 Data Recipients

Your data may be shared with: our technical subcontractors (host, email provider) acting under the instructions of C-CURE SRL and in compliance with the GDPR; our accredited remote monitoring partners in the context of contract performance; competent authorities in case of legal obligation. No data is sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

2.6 International Transfers

When Netlify (USA) is used, data transfers outside the European Economic Area are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Art. 46.2.c GDPR) or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights: right of access; right to rectification; right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"); right to restriction of processing; right to data portability; right to object; and right to withdraw your consent at any time.

4.1 Purpose

These terms govern the use of the website www.ccure.info. By accessing the website, the user accepts these terms without reservation. C-CURE SRL reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one available on the website at the time of consultation.

C-CURE SRL endeavours to keep the website accessible 24/7 but cannot guarantee permanent availability. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or force majeure, without engaging the Company's liability.

Information submitted via the website forms is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. The user guarantees the accuracy of the information provided. Sending a quote request does not constitute a firm order or a contractual commitment on the part of C-CURE SRL.

The website and these terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those of the judicial district of Brabant wallon, unless otherwise provided by mandatory provisions.

5. AI Assistant (Mr Vigi)

5.1 Nature of the Service

The website vigisite.be offers an AI-powered conversational assistant called "Mr Vigi". This tool is designed to provide general information about VigiSite products and services. It does not in any way replace personalised professional advice.

5.2 Limitations

Mr Vigi is an informational tool. The responses provided are automatically generated and may contain inaccuracies. They do not constitute a commercial offer, a contractual commitment, or an authoritative technical opinion. For any question requiring a precise or binding answer, please contact our team directly via the contact form or by phone at +32 2 653 10 18.

5.3 Data Processing

Conversations with Mr Vigi are not stored on our servers. Each session is independent and exchanges are processed in real time without subsequent retention. Messages are transmitted to a third-party service (Anthropic, San Francisco, USA) for response generation, in compliance with the GDPR and applicable Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EEA. No personal data is collected via the assistant unless you voluntarily provide it in your messages.

5.4 Liability

C-CURE SRL disclaims all liability for decisions made based on information provided by Mr Vigi. Users are encouraged to verify any information with our sales team before making a purchase or investment decision.
